POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Certification/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required, preferably in the psychiatry or long-acting injectable schizophrenia space
  • Experience in the hospital setting or long-term care setting with a detailed understanding of the buy-and-bill model, formulary placement, P&T committees, and in-services required
  • Experience in psychiatric therapeutic areas strongly preferred
  • Specific experience with long-acting injectables and in-office administration for the treatment of schizophrenia in the hospital setting or long-term care setting preferred
  • Experience successfully launching products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care
  • Ability to operate within complex settings and networks and provide customer insights effectively

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments and proficiency with technology
  • Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies as well as experience in all pertinent settings of business (CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice)

Compensation Data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Equity & Deferred Comp Strategy to drive the development and implementation of systemic solutions for key business initiatives that enhance equity compensation plans and align with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with Product, HR Global Operations, and Technology teams to provide requirements and process flows, review system designs, identify test cases, and perform User Acceptance Testing.
  • Manage complex calculations for share retention requirements, implementing a maker and checker process to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee the conversion efforts for the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Utilize Excel to manage and manipulate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
  • Reconcile data between systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently
  • Test functionality of the stock plan system to ensure a smooth transition
  • Document and retain new processes and controls developed during project implementations
  • Prepare presentations and materials for communications and meetings with various stakeholders and levels of management

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong knowledge of equity & deferred compensation plan products, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP).
  • Ability to translate equity & deferred comp business requirements into detailed documentation for Product and Technology teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to reconcile large sets of data using various tools including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of data with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test cases for process validation while also proficient in auditing, testing and validating data
  • Experience crafting clear and concise communications in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to various stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Team player mindset, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Proven technical background with the ability to lead strategic technology initiatives with familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in data management and quality assurance

  • Experience in using generative AI to drive innovation and enhance processes within the equity & deferred compensation space
