ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients. Sell, deliver and provide ongoing service for a broad range of fee income and retail banking products and services appropriate to mass affluent clients. Premier Bankers should deliver a level of personalized, attentive service that clients deem outstanding.
2. Establish and periodically update understanding of client financial needs and conditions based upon sound profiling and personal financial planning analysis. Proactively work with the financial advisor on assigned investment accounts for adherence to investment and asset allocation objectives and policies.
4. Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by acquiring new clients, expanding services, and marketing new products to existing clients. Successfully participate in the sales management process, which includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of excellent client service behaviors, support of the Truist segmentation models, full use of the automated sales process and support of referral processes and guidelines. Monitor, maintain and update sales activity, pipeline and other pertinent information using the bank's contact management system.
7. Work within existing audit, compliance and regulatory framework in order to ensure a high quality, compliant portfolio of client relationships.
8. Participate in the ongoing implementation and development of the Premier Banking program, including processes, products, services and operating policies and procedures. Provide mentoring to less experienced bankers in support of establishing a high level of professionalism, client service and responsiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience and related training.
2. Minimum of six years of financial services experience with a demonstrated ability to meet minimum performance standards working with clients to deliver banking, investments, risk management and retail lending solutions. (Banking experience may include Retail, Wealth, Advisory, and/or Retail Lending experience) OR, 3 years’ experience in a financial client relationship manager role.
3. Advanced knowledge of a broad range of personal financial planning/advisory/insurance and investment management/asset allocation concepts and understanding of retail credit and traditional retail bank products for the mass affluent market.
4. A minimum of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), FINRA Series 7, 66 (63 and 65 in lieu of 66) and applicable Insurance licenses (Life, Health, and Variable) must be active and maintained, or must be obtained within 100-150 days of job entry date. Active FINRA licenses must be transferred within 60 days of job entry date. Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant with 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
5. Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
6. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills including demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
7. Previous experience using financial planning software; demonstrated ability to deliver advisor led financial planning that addresses the following key areas - banking, planning, risk, investments and estate – for mass affluent clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or banking
2. Retail Banking experience
3. Completion or enrollment in professional level certification programs (preference in rank order): Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst
(CFA), Accredited Asset Management Specialist AAMS® , Certified Trust and Financial Advisor CTFA®, Chartered Life Underwriter CLU®, CRPC® – Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, or ChFC® – Chartered Financial Consultant®
4. Completion of Leadership Development Program or Banking School such as Truist Leadership Development Program or Banking School

What you'll do
As the (Senior) Solution Advisor (f/m/d) – Focus on Manufacturing Execution System (MES), you will be the go-to person within the sales team for any solution or product questions related to manufacturing processes. Leveraging your deep expertise in manufacturing environment, you will support the full sales cycle, from demand generation, identifying opportunities to software demonstration delivery and (post-sales) customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include helping customers improve manufacturing excellence by positioning the SAP suite with focus on supply chain management and manufacturing as well as business AI to drive business value for their organization.
Provide deep process and solution-specific expertise in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support new sales and adoption for key customers.
Deliver both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations that showcase the innovation and efficiency of SAP's MES solutions like SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM).
Support the account team by delivering solution presentations and events centered on MES, driving the identification of new opportunities and adoption of SAP solutions.
Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities
Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine-tune account strategy.
Collaborate with the team in developing target-group-oriented approach and competitive differentiation.
Transition engagement to implementation partner/ services teams effectively.
Engage with customers to reinforce the vision of SAP solutions and ensure eagerness for renewal.
Leverage digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content.
What you bring
Experience in large software/IT organizations, ideally in Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Ideally 3+ years of SAP MES experience with solutions like SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME), SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) or SAP Production Engineering and Operations (PEO)
Hands-on experiences and knowledge (integration, customizing) with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Production Planning and Control (PP) or Production Planning - Process Industries (PP-PI)
Recognized as an expert in MES solutions with a strong track record
Experiences with one of the market-leading MES solutions (ideally with SAP) in discrete manufacturing and/or process industries
Storytelling and value selling skills are a plus
Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS/PaaS models in the Business-to-Business Environment, especially for manufacturing processes
Skilled in crafting compelling customer narratives focused on manufacturing excellence
Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and ensure they are at the center of recommended solutions
Passion and energy in all customer interactions
Full working proficiency in German and Business English
