In this role you will own global product launches and champion growth for all current and new products within Philips’ Cardiac Solutions, IGTD category, with a specific focus on the Lead Management business. Through this role, you will be able to influence patient care pathways to ultimately improve patient lives around the globe.

Your role:

• Participate in the development and execution of global marketing strategies, including business plans, positioning, promotions, pricing, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with regional stakeholders.
• Integrate OUS (Outside US) market insights and stakeholder input into global portfolio and marketing strategy.
• Monitor and interpret competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities, anticipate gaps, and drive strategic actions.
• Track and report on product and market performance using data-driven KPIs to ensure commercial success and adoption.
• Foster global collaboration by sharing product updates, competitive intel, and best practices across regional teams.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in product management. Downstream/GTM experience required.
• Your skills include go-to-market / downstream, leading market development initiatives to drive adoption of new technology, and leading tradeshows, conferences, focus groups and/or sales meetings, ability to lead via influence, rally a team, establish and curate physician relationships, and create cross-functional followers in pursuit of a shared mission, etc.

The pay range for this position in San Diego, CA is $106,680 to $170,688.

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $95,250 to $152,400.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with 3D visualization platforms and software engineering.

• Experience in automating simulation model outputs and creating concise visualizations.

• Be an integral member of the commercial function, supporting the sales process to accomplish business objectives while managing risk.
• Partner with and advise business teams in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of a broad range of sales and commercial agreements, including some combination of SaaS and other technology licensing agreements, consulting and subcontractor agreements, and nondisclosure agreements.
• Support and coordinate with subject matter experts relating to compliance, finance, government, export control, product development, intellectual property, data security and privacy.
• Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes.

• Law degree from an accredited US law school and admitted to practice in California or Georgia.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Substantive experience in commercial business transactions, including sales agreements; intellectual property related considerations including licensing, IP ownership and risk allocation; independently managing and directing cross-border projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to connect with, and gain the respect of, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent business sense and legal judgment with the ability to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention.

• At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
• This position has a base salary range between $185,000 to $200,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
