What you’ll do:
- Provide hands on client solutions
- Lead project budget/cost management (e.g., project cost and commitments tracking, project cost forecast, labor, and other direct costs monitoring).
- Lead the preparation of project monthly reports, weekly change management reports and the program’s online dashboard.
- Develop and update CPM schedules in P6.
- Use e-Builder, Unifier, Primavera P6, Oracle, Prism- Contruent, Procore, Power-BI, and Kahua, as well as Python, XML,SQL coding.
- Develop intuitive and informative dashboards using Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access, SQL), XML, and Power BI.
- Manage commercial operations, with an emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
- Participate in program/project progress and status review meetings.
- Communicate schedule status regularly via formal and informal meetings and reports.
- Collaborate on new techniques and standards.
- Apply advanced techniques and analysis independently.
- Periodic business travel will be necessary.
