To qualify for the role you must have
· A bachelor's degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline, supported by approximately 2 years' work experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm
· US CPA licensure in your work state
· Experience leading the planning, execution and reporting on audits in the Banking & Capital Markets sector
· Working knowledge of US GAAP
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management
· The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
· Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $79,200 to $130,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $95,000 to $148,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Role Responsibilities
Identify and own the client onboarding process
Document client interactions and provide team with time sensitive updates
Execute on team service model
Assist the Financial Advisor Team and/or Senior Business Manager in developing, and monitoring the team's client book segmentation strategy
Engage specialists/partners to address client's needs
Identify and own the client off boarding process
Attend client review meetings to assist in re-discovery conversations, capture notes and follow up in Salesforce, and track all actions/activities to ensure highest level of client service
Monitor and report on client satisfaction and manage the resolution of client escalations
Role Requirements
