The Administrative Project Coordinator will be responsible for the management of projects from point of booking to financial completion, owning the back-office processes of the project coordination tasks.
Key Requirements:
To ensure data consistency on ERP and CRM databases. This includes accuracy of information and the ability to design data input in a way that is easy to recover, display and analyse.
To coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that system commissioning, installations and other technical interventions are done in a timely and effective manner.
To support cost monitoring in projects.
To guarantee the operational efficiency of the department through the management of administrative formalities with the client.
To provide relevant data to Country Managers for them to build an accurate sales forecast.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Native or C2 level of French and intermediate/high level of English. Local language is Spanish.
Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Navision.
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel proficiency will be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines.
- Development and maintenance of Java services that will be exposed as REST services.
- Development and maintenance of Java services that integrate data from various sources, including RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Adhere to development practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Clean Code principles.
- Administration of CI/CD pipelines that build, test and deploy services.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using IaC frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
- Work closely with the customer success and the development team to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Continuously improve data engineering practices and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing enterprise applications in Java and SQL
- Experience in development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Clean Code principles
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with Maven and Git
- Experience with AWS services
- Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
- Experience with real-time data architectures
- Familiarity with data ingestion and integration tools
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks like Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation
- Understanding of Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks, and tools
