**This is a full-time on-site role for our office in Bucharest (or Iasi)**MENTORING/CAREER GROWTH
As a software engineer in test, you will continue learning, you will be involved in the hiring process, you will contribute to the development of your colleagues as a mentor, and you will be an onboarding buddy for the new joiners. You will own your career development in partnership with the Software Development Manager, and you will partner in finding the right balance between delivering results and proving you can operate at the next level. Key job responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be:(1) Evaluate product functionality and create, maintain, and design test strategies and test cases to assess quality.(3) Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.
(4) Design and build test infrastructure and integrate into the build/release pipelines to establish continuous deployment.
(5) Work directly with Product Managers and Technical Program Managers to implement a behavioral driven product development process.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development;

Responsibilities include working with a team of support engineers, enhancing process and service improvements, monitoring and improving day-to-day operational efficiency, and being self-motivated. The role also involves driving smaller-scope development projects and building custom tools.Key job responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve production software issues across multiple products and services
• Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical challenges
• Provide timely and effective support through ticket management and customer communication
• Coordinate support issue handoffs within the team
• Develop and contribute to a comprehensive team knowledge base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational excellence Product and Service Ownership
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate customer notifications and workflow management
