• Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
• Driven: Efficient in completing repairs and driven to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.

• Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in [country]. You will self-manage your technical expertise development.
• A good communicator: You speak and write [English and/or local language] well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
• Safe to drive: We require you to hold a driver’s license.
• Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts.
• You are willing to travel when needed

• Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision according to skill level.
• Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience.
• Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.

• Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• Technically qualified: You ideally have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Israel. However, this is not a requirement. You will self-manage your technical expertise development.
• A good communicator: You speak and write English and/or Hebrew, well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
• Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full driver’s license in Israel.
• Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team.
• Eligible: to live and work in Israel.

• Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and drive out to customers to service their vehicles. This is an independent position
• Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices to further improve the service experience.
• Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.
• Support end to end mobile service process as needed by the business to be able to perform their core duties, with activities like parts management, scheduling, etc.
• Customer Facing: Take ownership of all customer facing interactions. You will be required to perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information and general usage of vehicle.

• Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within automotive or similar industries.
• Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in [country]
• A good communicator: You speak and write English and [local language] well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
• Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full driver’s license held for a minimum of two years
• Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends. You are willing to travel to various sites and detail cars, when needed
• Eligible: you have the right to work in Israel

• Confidently communicate with customers as a Tesla ambassador through digital channels, and face-to-face to provide: Scheduling/status updates, waiter updates, and payment requirements
• Educate customers on Product, Tesla App, and answer any questions using customer friendly language
• Maintain a tidy, representable customer facing area (customer lounge, service entrance), and organize the parking lot
• Manage the service fleet, performing damage audits, flagging service requirements, and car cleaning
• Facilitate test drives in service, being an ambassador for new products and support in generating additional sales
• Manage arrival of unscheduled appointments and any surprises on site – ensuring smooth operations of the workshop
• Maintain a good understanding of Tesla’s products and service operations to perform basic,
• visual diagnostics and accurately record repair orders into systems

• Relevant experience in a customer facing role delivering excellent service, preferably from a technical or automotive environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
• Ability to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
• Digitally savvy – ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
• Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language, and Hebrew based on local market requirement
