How You’ll make an impact :

• Active Sourcing & Headhunting: Identify top talent across various channels, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for multiple global locations.
• Recruitment Coordination: Partner closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.

You are:

• You are a Software Engineer with 0-2 years of Experience in Python / Java / Golang or similar. You love OOP design, design patterns, and clean code.
You have a BSc in computer science – a must.
