- Be a leader throughout the Wix Ukraine Customer Care Team โ understand our business, influence positive change to meet the business objectives, and help implement managerial and people-related strategies
- Partner with and coach our leaders in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
- Work closely with partners and colleagues across different locations
- Identify people trends within the business, and work with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to design and implement solutions

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand their procurement needs and requirements, challenging these needs and bringing the commercial added value
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for Wix, while maintaining strong relationships with internal interfaces and suppliers
- Owning and managing the procurement process, from sourcing to contract execution
- Leading a few procurement categories in all European sites of Wix
- Partner with Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contract terms, and internal policies
- Manage complex procurement projects involving various stakeholders while applying both big picture vision as well as orientation for details
