Process Definition & Optimization

  • Partner with business process owners to define and document future-state supply chain planning processes, aligned with industry best practices.
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, and process reengineering to support a standardized, scalable planning model.
  • Ensure alignment between process design, system configuration, data readiness, and reporting needs.

Cross-functional & Vendor Coordination

  • Lead coordination across internal teams, software vendor, and implementation partner.
  • Ensure alignment and progress across all workstreams including planning, master data, integration, and training.
  • Manage dependencies across design, development, testing, and readiness.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive change management plan.
  • Define communication, training, and enablement strategies.
  • Align roles and responsibilities with new planning processes.

Execution Excellence

  • Oversee program operations and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Track KPIs and report to executive leadership.
  • Lead go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of program management experience in large-scale tech implementations.
  • Experience in high-tech or semiconductor industries with strong focus on supply chain.
  • Experience with supply chain planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder).
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office suite, MS Project, Smartsheets, LucidChart, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP, APS, and MES integrations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant masters degree preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CRMA, CISA, or CERM).
  • 10+ years of experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000).
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to executive leadership
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.

Job Description

Responsible for the support, development, interpretation, coordination, and administration of the corporation’s policies relative to property and casualty insurance, self-insurance, captive insurance and risk management. The principal objective is to have effective management of risks (property and casualty losses to which the corporation is exposed) through supervision and coordination of loss prevention, asset protection, insurance, and claims control. Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of risk conditions prevailing in all elements of the corporation, analyze new or potential risk situations and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • Coordinate property and casualty insurance claims control function at all locations.
  • Continuous review of existing safety, environmental, loss prevention, employment and security programs as related to the management of risk or accidental loss.
  • Maintain historical record of all losses, insured and uninsured, including recoveries and reserves set by insurance companies.
  • Review leases, contracts, sales and finance agreements, and ascertain compliance with appropriate insurance requirements.
  • Coordinate risk control activities and monitor compliance for:
    • Security/Asset protection
    • Personnel safety/OSHA
    • Automobile safety
    • Property conservation, fire safety and fire prevention
    • Emergency preparedness
    • Business recovery
  • Coordinate the reporting of property and cargo claims to insurers or against third parties and process such claims.
  • Prepare detailed investigative reports that are factual, timely, well written and logical.
  • Collect company data, on which insurance premiums are based, verify the accuracy and validity of policies and premiums when received, prepare the reports that are required by the insurance companies and assist with premium allocation tasks.
  • Maintain premium payment schedule
  • Support the activities of the corporation’s subsidiaries and offices both domestic and foreign as they relate to the various professional consultants, insurance brokers and insurers concerned with the corporation’s insurance programs.
  • Maintain surveillance over existing programs of self-insurance and risk assumption to assure continued cost effectiveness.

REQUIRED

  • Monitor and researching new accounting standards, summarizing and communicating impacts to executives and Audit Committee, and leading process changes where necessary to respond to new requirements.
  • Analyze and understanding complex transactions, applying complex accounting standards to those transactions, developing solutions to problems and effectively communicating the results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal clients, including General Accounting, IT, Treasury, Strategic Investments, Legal, Internal Audit, Real Estate Operations.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and hold a CPA.

  • Prior experience working in Public Accounting (Big 4) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Workiva a strong plus.

Qualifications

RQUIRED

  • University students who graduated or are graduating from Dec 2024 to June 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Social Sciences, or related field
