• Colloborate with DEV team to intercept HAMR process and implement in HVM
• Responsible to delivery all KPI of HAMR process to meet business objective
• Responsible to follow up all the FA related to HAMR process matter
• Explore the opportunity to bridge all KPI VS ePMR

REQUIRED:

• Master's Degree in Engineering or Sciences; Electrical, Mechanical and Materials

PREFERRED:

• Experience in electronics industry

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supply Planning for Consumer Solutions-Hard Drives segment to ensure attainment of company’s revenue plans
• Establish weekly and quarterly operational demand and trade orders to develop the Master Production Schedule for Contract Manufacturers
• Weekly and quarterly MPS for capacity planning including tooling requirements, HDD requirement and freight planning.
• WO create and manage for system transaction to complete WO and generate DN for shipment
• Plan weekly/quarterly freight mode optimization i.e. use of truck and ocean freight
• Weekly HDD allocation plan between Contract Management sites to support the MPS
• To make sure HDD supply ontime and manage to complete transaction on system
• Review CM commitment versus demand for gating materials, Capacity and other issue with escalation report
• Product transition schedule with appropriate buffers needed to ensure no supply gap to meet order fulfillment and minimize End of Life exposures
• Work with Factory, logistics and operational teams to resolve issues
• Manage FGI freight mode optimization in conjunction with logistics team to delivery quarterly freight cost savings target
• Maintenance of FG sourcing, BOM for HDD consumptions including transitions
• Tooling management
• PR process for all expense to CM
• Inventory control and reconcile inventory activity to make sure there are no inventory gap.
• CM performance and QBR score for CM service level
• Execute return shipment for rework / Dekit at factory to reduce inventory.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field e.g. Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, SCM or related field.

PREFERRED:

• Previous experience as a Planner/Specialist/Manager
• Experience in Logistic and Supply chain
• Experience in Demand/Supply strategy

SKILLS:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and purchase materials in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• Provide long term forecast to supplier to ensure continuity of supply
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery issues
• Support the purchasing function to other relevant departments to ensure smooth business operations
• Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization
• Maintain proper inventory levels of materials used on a regular basis
• Prepare reports and updates as and when required
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
• Support all BCM necessary activities
• Understand the IMS policy and be able to apply and contribute to the organization to achieve per intended outcome

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• At least 2 - 4 years of procurement or planning role in electronic or manufacturing environment

PREFERRED:

• Experience in Planning & ERP system development &deployment
• Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes (MES and ERP)

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of procurement activities, Supply Chain, MRP System
• Negotiation, Coordination
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Computer Literacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
