• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual COGS forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Consolidate COGS forecasts across 9 factories, providing clear insights to management.
• Develop and maintain forecasting infrastructure, tools, and dashboards to deliver real-time visibility for Business Units, Operations, and Management.
• Drive process and efficiency improvements and streamlining workflows
• Track and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying variances and implementing improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across Business Units, Product Management, and Finance to support business case, financial analysis and ensuring consistency and integrity of financial plans.
• Consolidate and track weekly factory site cost outlooks, providing timely updates to leadership.
• Coordinate and manage the Finance team’s quarterly forecast schedule to meet corporate deadlines.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required to support decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools; ability to build and manage complex financial models.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems is highly desirable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for HDD FA all customers from China.
a. Complete the FA work which assigned within the target TAT- including log FA and physical FA.
b. Upload FA data to database and generate FA package based on FA data.
2. Provide on-site technical support to customers as needed.
3. Co-work with other function team like PCBA, WW FA, FW, RWI, Servo, ME for issue dig out.
4. Document failure analysis procedures, processes, and requirements.
5. Provide effective information on tool or process improvements related to FA.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Computer science and other related majors, with knowledge of semiconductor technology, product testing, device reliability, and failure analysis, etc. are preferred.
2. Excellent data analysis skills, which including data processing, and statistical analysis are preferred.
3. Familiar with C++, Python, VBA programming are preferred.
4. Understand the concepts related to reliability testing, failure mechanisms and failure modes.
5. Familiar with basic knowledge of circuits.
6. Good oral English and communication skills.
7. Ownership, Independent thinking, and Problem-solving skills.
