• We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Finance Manager supporting the Elastomer & Primary Containment (E&PC) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Operations team.

• Use SAP to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, ensuring accuracy for month-end closing.
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior leaders.
• Responsible for all monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis of actuals vs budget/forecast.
• Work with the finance transformation team to help with the digitization leveraging SAP, Power BI and technology lead initiatives
• Lead and support the alignment of the FP&A Operating Model including leading the Playbook document that is always undated.
• Working with Strategy and Network Optimization team along with Cost & Inventory Accounting (CIA) on understanding the best fit of product transfers.
• Interact with cross-functional teams, especially CIA & GFS
• Coordinate and prepare capital project financial models and related business case assessments including CAPEX documents for value Stream meetings and E&PC.
• Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction and providing financial insights to support ongoing cost-saving initiatives
• Participate in or lead global/regional FP&A initiatives and other special projects

• Education: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience

• Own the end-to-end robust and capable system and processes for Global centralized APO-SNP Supply Network Planning integrated with Planning & Scheduling processes and systems (ECC and S/4HANA PPDS)
• Define, create, plan, and execute solutions to existing system and process issues as well as interfaces and gaps with clear project plans, milestones, and accountabilities
• Own the end-to-end design and support of future implementations in other Operating Units

As part of the Digital and Transformation (D&T) team, the Senior Manager, Global Lab Solutions requires a hands on system administrator primarily responsible for administrating, supporting and implementing the LabVantage (LIMS), Waters Empower and Waters Nugenesis SDMS within West’s Global Site and Analytical Labs. The Senior Manager, Global Lab Solutions will be responsible for managing projects related to these systems as well as managing D&T LIMS development staff. This position requires working closely with other D&T team members, QA, Metrology and Lab Operations to ensure these systems meet the needs defined by Global Lab Services which include maintaining cGMP compliance.

• Manage projects related to the global deployment ofLabVantage (LIMS), Waters Empower and Waters Nugenesis SDMS
