Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop, influence, or lead the structuring, modification, and renewal ofhighly complexcash flow, real estate loans, and certain other industry specific solutions across groups and functions by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, and coordinating with internal stakeholders
Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of highly complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients to meet highly complex and unique needs that require an in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise, by engaging product organizations to develop client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions

Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions andmaintainsales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems
Strategically support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients, by cultivating relationships through existing networks

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services,suchascommercial lendingand treasury management
Completion of formal credit training program
Commercial banking account relationship management experiencefor clients with annual revenue of$100MM to $2B.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships,buildingandretaininglong-term client relationships
Experience developing andmaintainingexternal and internal partnerships
identifyingand mitigatingrisk, ensuring compliance with processes andprocedures
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

In this role youwill:
leveragingbusiness tools, and applying market insights toidentifyareas of opportunity
Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted or larger scale prospects’ needs and Wells Fargo’s offerings, considering profitability and risk to Commercial Banking
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations within the Commercial Banking Business Development group requiring solid understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
