Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of branch small business banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • 3+ years of AI product experience, including a strong understanding of GenAI, natural language processing, machine learning, and agentic AI concepts as applied to HR workflows and decision-making

  • Proven experience leading AI-driven initiatives in the HR domain

  • 3+ years of analyst experience configuring and supporting HR systems, preferably Workday HCM/ServiceNow, or similar human resource management software

  • 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application (HRSD)

  • 1+ years of experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrations

  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards

  • Experience operating in an Agile environment and/or strong knowledge and understanding of Agile

  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes

  • Experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners

  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories

  • Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management

  • Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time

  • Service business customers with their business needs in a branch environment
  • Carry out business banking focused functions over the phone

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with annual gross sales between $500k and $2MM in an assigned territory using customer relationship management tools and systems and coordinate efforts with partners across the bank
  • Work proactively to build and grow relationships with new customers and engage with existing customers by asking questions to learn about their financial needs, understanding their goals, and sharing how Wells Fargo can help them through proactive outreach, phone or in-person visits, plan and execute appointments

Required Qualifications:
