What you'll own
  • Lead new customer onboarding, ensuring technical readiness for product deployment and network configuration.
  • Provide expert guidance on software deployment best practices to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Engage in detailed discussions regarding various architecture setups, offering strategic advice on the advantages and disadvantages of different configurations.
  • Serve as the principal technical advisor and advocate for key accounts, owning complex deployment, integration, and long-term technical continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account team to build strong customer relationships, empowering them to realize the value of WalkMe.
  • Drive strategic technical direction, planning, and advising on solutions and enhancements for customers' business needs while proactively mitigating risks.
  • Act as a liaison and focal point between customers, WalkMe’s Product teams, and technical support, addressing product features, technical hurdles, and ensuring alignment with the roadmap.
  • Participate in resolving high-severity cases as a product expert and advocate, driving business reliability and customer satisfaction.
What you need to succeed
  • Strong customer service skills, ideally with IT helpdesk experience, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
  • Intermediate understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) architecture, cloud delivery models, and IT deployment best practices, including servers, databases, networking, and computing resources.
  • Experience building applications with JavaScript and APIs.
  • Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions, including setting up Identity Provider Integrations and understanding protocols like SAML and OAuth.
  • Experience in the Digital Adoption space is preferred.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for being a trusted advisor to a portfolio of around 10 Fortune 1000 WalkMe customers, helping them achieve maximum value from the WalkMe platform. You will understand your clients' digital adoption goals, and recommend technology solutions to help them get the most out of our product and meet/exceed their goals. You will report to the Manager of Customer Success.
What You'll Own
  • Be the 'voice of the customer' and provide internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention.
  • Schedule and prepare Success Business Reviews for customers, with the top priority of increasing customer adoption and proving return on investment that leads to renewals/expansion.
  • Maintain an understanding of our product and roadmap, so you can guide customers to success and continue to promote adoption of the product.
  • Educate customers on the most relevant features of their specific requirements, be comfortable guiding customers through the WalkMe platform, and showing them the ‘Art of the possible’.
  • Understand your customer's industry trends, challenges with digital adoption, and current and potential use cases for WalkMe.
  • Establish and develop strategic, trusted advisor relationships at the highest relevant levels (Decision Makers, Champions, Economic Buyers) by guiding the customer on best practice usage of the platform to help manage risk and meet/exceed their goals.
  • Work with the internal Account team and Customer to develop a Success Plan outlining how WalkMe addresses their immediate/future needs (including metrics for success).
  • Monitor customer health to reach out to customers before risks escalate and identify remediation options.
  • Partner with WalkMe Account Team (Renewal Managers, Account Executives, Services, Technical Account Managers) to ensure that customers renew and expand.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Enterprise SaaS as a Senior Customer Success Manager , excelling in customer success, account management, project management, pre-sales, and post-sale services. Proven ability to collaborate with Fortune 1000 companies and their executives, driving satisfaction, retention, and measurable results
  • Experience managing a quarterly retention and growth quota.
  • You've maintained a book of Enterprise customer accounts (4000+ Employees).
  • Increase customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention applying to a technical product.
  • High competency in sales discovery methodologies and an ability to run Return on Investment discussions and have some experience in an enterprise solution sales environment, having partnered with account executives to develop and close sales opportunities.
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Proficiency in other languages - Significant advantage

What will you actually be doing?
  • Design and development of new AI based GUI comprehension systems.
  • Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of GUI perception.
  • Exploring and validation of new algorithms based on large existing data sets.
  • Help build WalkMe’s engineering culture.
  • Investigate, implement and share new technologies and ideas.
What should you bring to the table?
  • Msc. in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering from a leading university
  • Experience designing and building ML systems utilizing LLMs, and other solutions.
  • A passion for exploring new ideas in the domain of GUI perception using the latest ML solutions.
  • 6+ years of experience of software development, with a focus on algorithms design and validation.
  • Great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
