As the Head of Payments, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our payment operations, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for our global user base. You will play a critical role in driving our payment strategy, optimizing our payment infrastructure, and managing key relationships with payment processors and other partners.

What you will do:

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive global payment strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and ensuring compliance with relevant international regulations (i.e. PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.). Drive strategic decision-making using data analysis and metrics to identify trends, track performance, enhance transaction success rates, optimize cost-effectiveness, minimize chargebacks, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.
