General Description / Overview of Role

The purpose of this role is to implement the WFO product suite at contact centers, coordinating all phases of projects with the project manager. This includes site discovery and preparation, implementation and configuration, site design and user acceptance testing. The role also includes advanced project related troubleshooting and escalation of service requests via a IMS ticketing system.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities
➢ Implementation/upgrade/expansion of Contact Centre Solutions, including.
➢ Solution design review and feedback
➢ Technical Site Discovery and validation of pre-requisites, providing technical information for customer/partner techs prior to implementation phase.
➢ Implementation of software components and third-party components as defined by the project and customer needs.
➢ Integration to telephony data sources and other third-party systems including Active Directory/Cloud Identity Management.
➢ Cloud (AWS/Google Cloud) experience is a plus
➢ Site and user acceptance testing.
➢ Primarily remote but onsite if required.
➢ Primarily in office hours but out of hours if required.

• Driving successful customer onboarding and utilization of Verint products
• Development of road maps with the executives and influencers to help better understand current and long-term business strategy
• Identifying Verint solutions that will continue to provide value added to customer objectives
• Providing industry’s best practices for technical and business users
• Deliver quarterly business reviews to client stakeholders
• Identify Verint business opportunities through product and/or service renewals and expansions
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, serving as their primary business point of contact with high-touch engagement throughout their CX journey
• Understand customers’ business value drivers, success criteria, and KPIs to develop Customer Success Plans (actionable blueprints by which Verint and its customers can achieve mutual success)
• Establish a regular cadence of Executive Business Reviews with the customer to track progress towards their stated business objectives
• Track and monitor adoption and facilitate renewal within assigned accounts. Put plans in place to avoid down sells, revenue erosion or non-renewal

You will be responsible for SW design, proof of concepts, and development of complex solutions. You will be responsible for feature leading, working and leading the feature virtual team through all execution perspectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and business needs in order to define best SW design solutions.

Description:
As a DevOps engineer, you will be engaged in the optimization of engineering processes and tooling affecting the Analytics engineering department product. You will be involved in the development and support of solutions which enhance the efficiency of engineering as well as configuration of tools. These solutions involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.

You will participate in the design, development and implementation of complex infrastructure. You will be involved in supporting our strategic move of products into the public/private/hybrid cloud, performing DevOps activities, CI/CD and working with various technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Containerization, Maven, Artifactory, Jenkins, Ansible, Virtualization and more as required to automate the process of building, packaging, provisioning and deployment of on-premises and SaaS applications.

• Design, plan, build and execute software infrastructure for complete CI/CD for the build, deploy and testing of the large-scale software products.
• Manage and monitor the engineering labs, including provisioning of new hardware and virtual machines, debugging problems impacting engineering and provisioning access and accounts.
• Develop custom tools, automation and integration with existing tools to increase efficiency.
