• Define a scalable foundation and own implementation of frameworks and standards for analytics focused on network health and marketplace analytics.

• Strong skills at engaging and influencing stakeholders and building buy-in across functions and levels.

• Expertise in statistical analysis, including experimentation and hypothesis testing using statistical software packages in Python, R or equivalent.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau or Periscope or similar. Proficiency with SQL on large data in cloud environments (e.g. BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)

• Comprehensive understanding of how GPUs operate, with a particular emphasis on DirectX's approach to utilizing GPU resources efficiently.
• Proven ability to work effectively with large cross-platform codebases focused on graphics API development.

• Drive the execution of product growth initiatives that optimize performance and deliver tangible results for Unity’s customers and partners
