ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and articulate comprehensive designs to all levels of management within the organization and obtain approval for proposed solutions.

2. Provide direction to Systems Analysts to gather, formulate, define and design efficient and effective solutions to the most complex business problems.

3. Provide thought-leadership for assigned projects and applications to developers, other system analysts, operations, and other Technology areas.

4. Analyze complex requirements, plan and design large-scale business applications, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering, with the end goal of creating applications that are Easy, Simple, Fast, Safe, Secure and Stable.

5. Ensure user experience considerations are incorporated into solution requirements and design.

6. Provide team members and users with assistance solving the most complex application-related problems, such as malfunctions and difficult to identify program problems.

7. Utilize a risk-based approach in all duties to minimize deployment risks.

8. Develop, document and revise flow chart’s system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards.

9. Review and analyze applications, including performance results, to locate code problems.

11. Serve as project leaders for all sizes of systems projects.

12. Maintain an expert knowledge of testing documentation and execution skills.

13. Coordinate the installation of application enhancements/releases of net new applications of moderate complexity.

14. Expand or modify applications to serve new purposes or improve work flow.

15. Assess the usefulness of the most complex pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.

16. Maintain an expert business and operations knowledge of direct and associated clients in order to add value in analyzing complex and highly integrated projects.

17. Architect technical solutions to complex problems.

18. Research and debug complex technical problems.

19. Stay current with emerging technologies, their strengths and weaknesses and their application to business solutions.

20. Produce cost/benefit analysis for system improvements to support comparison of alternative solutions and provide recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training

2. Ten years of experience and high proficiency with the following information technologies:

• Information security best practices

• IT performance/scalability principles

• Relational database technologies

• Principles of a service oriented architecture

• Mainframe, distributed, Web, and/or networking technologies

• Design tools and techniques

• Application development methodologies

• Technology testing and change implementation best practices

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team

6. Ability to lead, direct and train teams of Developers and Systems Analysts

Preferred Requirements:

2 – 3 years of Real Estate Lending Technology experience

Experience working with an ecosystem that includes vendor hosted and self-hosted applications.

Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.

Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding

Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide insights and market color from strategic accounts to help trading desk manage market opportunities.
2. Deliver a comprehensive platform of senior management, trading, research and syndicate teammates to our strategic accounts.
3. Works with Syndicate and DCM to get reverse inquiry for issuing clients.5. Support the risk management needs of the trading desk through active sales engagement

Specific to level:

1. Experience in financial markets
2. Understanding of different sales approaches using credit skills and market knowledge to manage client transactions
3. Consistently meeting quality individual revenue goals from a variety of FI investors.

Required Qualifications

1. BA/BS degree
2. 8 years of related work experience
3. In-depth knowledge of Credit industry, market, and products
4. Track record of revenue generation and entrepreneurial nature
5. Prudent risk management skills
6. Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem solving attitude
7. Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the ability to communicate highly complex ideas clearly and concisely

1. CFA and/or MBA degree, with a Finance focus
2. 10 years of related work experience
3. Experience in mentoring and coaching junior talent
4. Technology / Coding experience (Python, R, VBA, ect.)

- The annual base salary for this position in New York is $250,000

this is for Revolving credit collections. Flexibility needed to work rotating schedule which includes 2 Saturdays per month and evenings.

1. Achieve performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.g., a minimum calls per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio, promises kept.
2. Provide Clients cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay and accordance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and training.
3. Disclose all relevant account information to Clients accurately, professionally, and in a positive manner.
4. Manage client communications and provide accurate account detail and information with an elevated level of professionalism and integrity, while following all required compliance and quality expectations.
5. Work accounts thoroughly according to established procedures (including contact attempts, required letters, etc.)
6. Document all collection efforts in the system of record for each assigned account in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines, which may include relevant system codes.
7. Execute on the established call scripts documented in training, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
8. Achieve acceptable call monitoring scores in each call category.
9. Communicate regularly with the Client Default Leaders pertaining to repossessions, potential loss, inquires, complaints, and other calls that require special handling.
10. Accurately process payments, transactions, and workflows.
11. Complete all required Computer Based Training (CBT) courses accurately and timely.
