Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Develop understanding of client needs and requirements, and assist with the coordination of the firm's resources to service clients.
2. Deliver the firm's Research product to clients on a daily basis.4. Educate clients on high touch and low touch trading capabilities.
5. Market Equity Capital Markets transactions, keeping clients updated on demand and price sensitivity.
6. Develop, grow, and maintain client relationships.
7. Frequent in-person client contact including travel and entertainment to develop, grow and maintain client relationships.


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. BA/BS degree
2. Series 7 & 63 FINRA licenses
3. 8-10 years of related work experience
4. Strong knowledge of equity research, markets, sectors, industries, stocks and other financial products, corporate access and investment banking.
5. Emerging sales and client relationship management skills.
6. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
7. Advanced skills in written and oral communications, and interpersonal relationship management.
8. Solid analytical skills.
9. Ability to multi-task.

1. MBA degree, with a Finance focus
2. 12+ years of related work experience

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000
