ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deliver personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals.
2. Set the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase assets under management, sales and service.
3. Develop and maintain a profitable level of securities and insurance sales by executing on opportunities identified through external networking and internal referrals, ensuring alignment to the client segmentation model and the client's best interests.
4. Utilize a consultative sales process to partner with clients to review investment plans on a regular basis.
5. Lead overall client relationship management strategies to deepen client connections and loyalty.
6. Properly record transactions and inquiries, and see that customer files are correctly completed and maintained to conform to regulatory policies.
7. Remain knowledgeable of and familiar with all products currently offered by Truist Wealth and complete continuing education requirements.
8. Establish strong partnerships with Wealth and Commercial teams and other internal business partners to uncover and ensure unmet client financial needs are fulfilled.
9. Conduct investment product educational seminars for clients and prospects.
10. Adhere to professional and ethical standards set forth by Truist, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other regulatory bodies.
QUALIFICATIONS

3. Responsible for new client acquisition and the growth, enhancement and retention of their existing book of business. Seek to grow AUM, Deposits & Loan portfolios through outside & internal referrals.

4. Provides integrated delivery of a broad range of retail products and services including financial planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, insurance and risk management services, consumer/commercial credit, residential mortgage solutions, CRE, and general personal & business banking services.

5. Establish and update periodically your understanding of client financial needs and conditions based upon sound profiling and personal financial planning analysis. Actively monitor directly assigned investment accounts for adherence to investment and asset allocation objectives and policies. .

7. Keep abreast of changing global geopolitical, legal, financial planning, investment trends and general market and business issues affecting wealthy International clients. Serve as a personal financial planning/advisory resource for clients, their attorney's and CPA's

8. Provide mentoring to less experienced Wealth Management staff in support of establishing an extraordinarily high level of professionalism, client service and responsiveness.

2. Develop a business plan annually to include marketing and client acquisition plan in conjunction with a service delivery plan for clients and prospects.

4. Act as "face" of private practice within LSG firm relationship teams for assigned firms.

5. Identify and "right channel" opportunities for clients and prospects-deliver the comprehensive resources of the bank.

6. Coordinate and lead the WRAP process for advice delivery-hold relationship strategy sessions as appropriate with the relationship teams and deliver Legal Specialty Group value proposition.

7. Document all client interactions via CRM system.

8. Establish consistent visibility within local legal market via event attendance (Association of Legal Administrators, Bar Associations, ProBono foundations, etc.)

9. Participate in campaigns or volunteer at committee level within legal-focused non-profits within local market.

11. Develop process to mitigate risk within individual practice to include emphasis around the operational, regulatory, and reputational environments.

QUALIFICATIONS
