What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Follow standards and work in teams
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3 vehicles in accordance with Tesla specific repair procedures
- Use Celette Frame Jigs for setting new structural components
- Glue, rivet, and weld structural components being replaced
- Repair exterior cosmetic panels via metal finishing and body filler
- Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, radiators, airbags and trim
- Proficient in Mig Welding
- 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician
- Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures
- Excellent attitude and enjoys working with others in teams
- Neat and organized work habits
- Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and I-CAR Mig Welding certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred

- Respond to corrective maintenance cases on all commercial energy products and updating online case logs accurately
- Work closely with members of the Operations Engineering Systems Reliability team to respond to open case directions and provide data where requested
- Report writing, where required, to comply with deliverables in commercial O&M contracts
- Respond to customers’ concerns with the performance or functionality of their system
- Order and manage necessary materials and vehicle stock to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution.
- Proficient in interacting with and navigating various applications on both laptops and smartphones, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency in daily tasks.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician card within the state employee is assigned
- Ability to navigate NEC guidelines and knowledge of NFPA 70E practices
- Previous electrical trades experience working with power/hand tools, electrical equipment, isolation meters and multimeters
- Ability to travel to numerous sites daily and travel up to 2 weeks at a time with short notice and flexibility to work on weekends and overtime
- Ability to work at great heights, work in extreme environments, perform prolonged periods of repetitious duties, lift at least 50 pounds frequently
- Valid driver's license required
