What You’ll Do
  • Greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere for effective conversations
  • Excite and educate prospective customers through various channels about Tesla's product offerings
  • Help build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by collecting customer information and facilitating test drives for potential buyers
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, including customer education, vehicle preparation, and document completion
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery goals by meeting and exceeding individual sales and KPI targets
  • Demonstrate expertise in Tesla’s products and services and stay updated on EV trends and local incentives
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs, including but not limited to direct deliveries to customer homes
What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet and exceed goals
  • Passionate about the Tesla Mission and our innovations in the personal transportation industry
  • Highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • For roles working in CA, CO, HI, ID, MD, MS, NV, NC, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC: This role requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles. Withoutthe salesperson license, you cannot engage in sales activities. To check if you are eligible for the salesperson license, please contact the DMV in your state of employment
  • For roles working in AZ, GA, HI, IA, IN, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, VT, WA: Notary license is preferred. Should notary support be required of this role, Tesla will provide assistance with obtaining a license

What You’ll Do
  • Source parts from Distribution Centers and other Service Center locations and allocate them to vehicle service appointments
  • Monitor inventory within the parts system, communicate parts updates and availability with relevant team members
  • Review upcoming appointments and ensure they are properly prepared and documented in our system. Prepare internal orders for shipment to other service center locations
  • Process and return warranty part shipments for quality assurance including handling hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries
  • Systematically receive, inspect, and put away stock and special-order parts
  • Escalate parts issues from internal or external suppliers in collaboration with Regional Parts Manager, acting as a point of contact to vendors and giving constructive feedback that will contribute to future improvements
  • Pick up and transport parts using van or forklift, engaging third parties when necessary
What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels. Proficient in MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license required and ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
  • Ability to perform repetitious duties including: regularly lift up to 25 lbs., sit, bend and stand for long periods of time
  • Specific vision abilities required include: ability to identify parts, operate systems, and identify potential safety hazards in the parts department
