- Manage calendars, book domestic and international travel, process expense reports
- Take detailed meeting notes, synthesize outcomes, track follow ups
- Prepare documents, presentations and correspondence
- Maintain standards and cadence of workflows while identifying and implementing improvements
- Partner with leader on strategic planning and defining team objectives and priorities
- Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Stay updated on company policies and relevant team resources
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and support organizations such as IT, HR and Workplace
- Handle confidential information with discretion
What You’ll Bring - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and anticipate changes
- Proactive problem solver able to work independently
