• Assist Techicians and wider team to complete structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla Models S, 3, X & Y vehicles in accordance with Tesla specific repair procedures
• Reassemble vehicle panels in accordance with documented procedures to as-new condition
• Test and evaulate reassembly for safety and operability
• Cleaning and polishing vehicles after repairs and preparing vehicles for customer collection

• 1+ years experience in automotive labouring or similar

• Fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Technician.
• Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts and tools used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles (includes testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic, brakes, testing and repair of electronic systems and modules).
• Knowledge and experience using diagnostic scan tools, following diagnostics and operating scopes.
• Experience working with EVs or Hybrid Vehicles a bonus.

• Lead the delivery experience with the Tesla Advisors in order to meet and exceed targets

• Proficient in Sales Operations; strong collaboration with store leadership ability to lead sales floor during Manager on Duty Shifts throughout location operating hours, including weekends

This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and experience required to repair, replace and refit non-structural vehicle panels that have been damaged as a result of a collision. The training programme you will complete includes a mix of practical training and assessment, undertaken in our state of the art Body Shops, and eLearning allowing you to complete theory elements of the programme at your own pace. You will have access to videos, interactive simulations and theory assessments, which can be easily accessed at any time and from any device – mobile phone, tablet or PC.
