What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- You will collaborate closely with Tesla development and user teams to develop, refine, and integrate software modules written in C# on ASP.NET connected to MS SQL Server which are designed to optimize diverse business processes. You will ensure the maintenance of a clean and tested code base
- You will manage sprints to incrementally integrate the new and old ERP by evaluating user and business requirements within the context of the new ERP’s development status
- You will support our existing ERP and WMS and their established teams
- You will support a small number of primary applications and ensure critical systems are kept running based on the evolving needs of a diverse userbase
- You will apply operation break fixes per user reporting and proactive maintenance activities to keep services up and running
- You will take the lead in collaborating with stakeholders and, through close teamwork, will find innovative solutions in a very fast-moving environment
- You will improve existing/design new business logic, database structures, user interfaces, queries and reports
- 2+ years of professional experience coding in C# on ASP.NET, developing software architecture, and experience with MS SQL Server is required
- Degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Experience administering or developing for a manufacturing ERP system
- Experience with Angular, Event Driven, Micro Service and DDD is particularly advantageous. Experience with SQL, T-SQL & Entity Framework, modern web development, Dev Ops (especially Jenkins & Kubernetes), Message Bus Systems (such as KAFKA) is a bonus
- Finally, as a team player, you have excellent communication verbally, via e-mail and instant messaging, power points, writing documentation. The successful candidate should have tremendous self-motivation to drive projects forward

What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Take part in equipment concept development and carefully balance product specifications, electrical requirements, part selection availability, controls architecture, and costs
- Define system interconnect, electrical schematic, and key electrical automation components with other engineering groups to ensure that the design criteria are synchronized within all disciplines such as Manufacturing, Mechanical, Software, Process to meet requirements
- Work closely with project managers and other discipline team members to ensure all expectations and specifications are translated into the final design
- Provide oversight to vendors on electrical and control related deliverables to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, Tesla standards, equipment specification, and pass field labeling
- Design power distribution, control panels, and systems interconnect to meet NFPA79, IEC 60204-1, UL 508A standards. Design functional safety circuitry as per ISO 13849-1
- Troubleshoot, identifying root causes in electrical system, control panel, field electrical devices, instrumentation, and safety interlock circuits issues, providing mitigation techniques to address issues as they arise
- Design, develop and commission machine control systems from concept through implementation
- Design industrial control panels, high voltage AC and low voltage control (24VDC) power distribution and control systems using Beckhoff, Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms
- Provide training when transitioning solutions to the sustaining and production teams and contribute to Tesla electrical standards and best practice documents
- Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally, must have and maintain a valid passport, travel can be 10% of time, during busy project season can travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in electrical CAD systems, preferably Eplan Electrical P8 Version 2.9/2023, to design electrical control panels, power distribution, controls system cabling/wiring and instrumentation
- Professional experience selecting proper circuit protectors, disconnect, wire and cable, sensors, safety hardware, PLC hardware system, modules, contactors, relays, variable frequency drives, servo systems, safety components, and other key electrical control components
- Knowledge of Electrical Standards, such as NFPA 79, National Electric code, IEC 60204-1, & UL508 and Safety standards such as ISO 13849-1 & ISO 12100
- Familiarity with Beckhoff, Siemens, and Allen-Bradley control systems and components
- Familiarity with EtherCat, FSoE, ProfiNet, and ProfiSafe Field BUS
- Firsthand experience with equipment troubleshooting for high voltage, industrial control circuits, instrumentation, and safety interlock systems
- Ability to read process and instrumentation diagrams to create electrical design and schematic
- Ability to work within a team environment, at times leading providing guidance and instruction to other team members and actively participate in group meetings

- Submit and monitor shipment requests via Ad Hoc; collaborate on special shipments such as Hazmat, LTL, and specialized equipment with the Ad Hoc team, freight forwarders, and carriers
- Manage order entry, shipping documentation, and invoicing for external vendors
- Prepare CERS declarations, obtain PODs, and support cross-border, local, and international shipments, including returns to vendors
- Develop and update Logistics SOPs to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- College certificate or degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs & Trade Compliance, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in managing supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of import/export regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Strong interpersonal abilities to communicate effectively across departmental levels; customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision; adaptable and eager to learn in changing circumstances
