Materials Operations Planner Intern

• Material Planner Intern is a pivotal role within the operations department, that will manage the procurement of materials, planning production, initiate and coordinate the successful completion of equipment build. This person will also manage inventories while also coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Experience in material planning or related experience working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment is preferred but not required.

Technical Project Management Intern

• The Technical Project Management Intern on the TTA Project Management Team will be a cross-functional point of contact leading tool activity coordination, support new product introduction on new & existing equipment, lead the project roadmap with engineering team members, and jump in to support gaps within the project as necessary. Production exposure, understanding of how complex production lines operate including industrial workings between cross-functional facilities/departments, line balance, OEE, KPI, etc. Manufacturing exposure, understanding of the balance of equipment, process, metrology, controls, production interactions/coordination. Project Management Administration Intern

• Seeking a highly motivated undergraduate to contribute as Project Management Administration in Manufacturing Department. There are many manufacturing projects which are running in TTA. coordinating these projects from beginning to end is highly important. • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Perform required preventive maintenance activities on commercial inverters to maintain warranty coverage
• Respond to corrective maintenance cases on commercial solar PV, commercial energy storage systems, vehicle charging stations and updating online case logs accurately
• Attend and demonstrate outstanding performance at multiple inverter training schools
• Work closely with members of the Operations Engineering Systems Reliability team to respond to open case directions and provide data where requested
• Report writing, where required, to comply with deliverables in commercial O&M contracts
• Respond to customers’ concerns with the performance or functionality of their system
• Ensure the vehicle, tooling, electronics, software, and company issued property are well-kept

• Valid Journeyperson Electrician card with valid Red Seal endorsement and Electrical trades experience within troubleshooting power electronics and low voltage controls

• Contribute to engineering efforts for the conceptualization and the design of the next generation manufacturing equipment

• Contribute to equipment development to realize new/innovative/improved manufacturing processes from proof of concept through to full scale production

• Contribute and drive improvement of equipment effectiveness, manufacturing tolerance, stability, automation, and intelligence

• Prepare 3D CAD models, detailed drawings with GD&T for manufacturing and assembly, mechanical BOMs, safety and maintenance documentation

• Prepare 3D animation or motion study for complex designs

• Prepare FEA analysis on intricate designs – strong understanding of force/stress analysis

• Create detailed Manufacturing Instructions to document new processes

• Provide mechanical engineering support to fabrication, assembly, project management and production team to troubleshoot and resolve design issues and implement enhancement to optimize machine performance

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on mechanical/manufacturing/design engineer/designer working on mechanical and/or electromechanical systems

• Prior experience in high volume manufacturing or a relevant engineering field is valued

• Proficiency in designing mechanical equipment, fixtures, layouts, and tooling in 2D and 3D CAD (SolidWorks & AutoCAD preferred)

• Proficiency in creating detailed drawings from solid models for various fabrication and assembly techniques (CNC/manual machining, welding, sheet metal forming, 3D printing, press fit, fasteners)

• Exposure and knowledge of to a wide variety of test and automation systems & tools, production machinery, industrial sensors, data acquisition and I/O devices (e.g., pogo-pins, pressure transducers, temperature controllers, current and power meters, PLCs, robots, vision, material handling, conveyance, etc.)

• Analytical and statistical analysis skills to solve design problems

• Knowledge of GD&T, basic computational design and FEA is an asset

• Experience in DOE, conducting experiments, prototype building and hands on experience

• Experience of new equipment installations and new product startups

• Experience writing production documentation: SOPs, checklists, flow diagrams
