As a Product Support Engineer, Your impact will be:

  • Work independently to investigate issues reported by enterprise customers, reproduce customer problems, and involve others on the team as necessary
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships
  • Maintain excellent relationships with Claroty Enterprise Support customers, Technical Account Managers, Product Management, and local account teams
  • Analyze and resolve complex high-end customer problems
  • Maintain a proactive approach to customer happiness, identifying and correcting customer satisfaction concerns and clearing any concerns or technical roadblocks
  • Escalate support cases and priority issues to management as needed
  • Identify and independently take on additional tasks
  • Provide visibility of customer status through regular reporting and cadence calls

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple environments and geographic regions
  • Lead infrastructure automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
  • Architect and implement multi-region, highly available cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with all R&D teams to deliver features and improve product capabilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues
  • Contribute to the development of infrastructure-related features and reliability products
  • Participate in the design and implementation of reliability features that enhance product stability
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency across global infrastructure
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for distributed systems
  • Participate in system design discussions and architectural decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles
  • Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in multi-region deployments
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Extensive experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Solid networking knowledge including VPCs, load balancing, DNS, and security groups
  • Experience designing and managing multi-region, multi-environment infrastructure and architecture for scalable applications
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Javascript)
