An opportunity has opened up to support Global Market Operations within the APAC Funding & Cash Management team. The position will require you to work closely with treasury dealers,prime brokerage partnersand other internal departments to manage day-to-day requirements. Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a banking environment, preferably experience in business management/COO or support roles
• Strong executor with proven ability to independently manage recurring business management tasks (e.g., headcount tracking, data reporting, governance routines), ad-hoc projects & initiatives
• Systematic and organized, with a structured approach to both execution and thought process; able to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy or attention to detail

What you will do

• Manage core business administration routines including headcount tracking, hiring status, maintain organization charts, BCP and workspace management across APAC locations
• Coordinate the employee engagement (EE) program – plan, execute and deliver EE events/activities/initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Develop and prepare high-quality presentations and reporting packs for use bythe APAC AML Executive to present at senior leadership forums, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Act as an individual contributor to conduct testing independently and with the opportunity to lead audits. In particular:

• Lead/assist to develop an audit plan (e.g. audit scope, audit test plans) based on detailed evaluation of process/business risks and controls

Education

Role Description

The Group Manager II, Client Due Diligence & Onboarding Lead is a key member of the Global Business & Operations Services division and is accountable for leading the CDD New Client Onboarding and Client Management team in APAC. In this role, the Group Manager will support the TDS business growth strategy while effectively managing regulatory, operational and reputational risk by ensuring AML & KYC and other onboarding requirements are met. The Group Manager II will report directly to the Senior Manager, Client Due Diligence & Onboarding - APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 7 professionals responsible for new client and product onboarding, including KYC due diligence, end-to-end client onboarding execution, and ongoing client relationship management.
• Partner with the Senior Manager, CDD, to execute strategic initiatives and deliver key operational outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the onboarding team to build capabilities that support business growth and individual development goals.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, efficient, and compliant client experience.
• Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence.

• Strong product knowledge on capital markets and investment banking
