What will you do?

• Support all financial aspects of the Commercial Operations in relation to Channel Marketing and Sales, including actual v forecast analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, and P&L analysis

• Take accountability for the forecast management of Customer Tactical Commercial Investment and rebates

• Be a financial business partner to local management and liaise with all relevant parties
  (Channel Heads, Sales Teams, Category Teams, Sales Support, Branch Management, and European Platforms)
  to implement actions that optimise results
• Drive the implementation of best practices across the regional clusters together with the other In-Country business controllers.
• Manage customer profitability analysis & budgeting
• Support the monthly and yearly forecasting & budgeting process and ensure accuracy of the planning.
• Provide day-to-day business support to facilitate the realization of financial targets by maintaining clear understanding of all variances for actual, budget and forecast, in context of key performance indicators (KPI’s)

Essential

• Significant and proven experience in Controlling & Business Partnering
• Experience working with core finance processes e.g. Budgeting, Forecasting, Profitability Analysis etc.
• English language (written and spoken)
• Commercial reporting & analysis expertise & experience

Desirable

• Experience of working across a European business within multi-cultural working environment
• Working knowledge of SAP

Campaign Administration

• Follow up on cashback, voucher, or fulfilment campaigns with the vital focus on Sony support and online brand guidelines.
• Handle the campaign setup, follow up and handle escalations and any incidents or send them further to the campaign owners, online marketing and call centre agency keeping clear communication and well-defined timeframes.
• Work closely with the contact centre operations team to make sure that questions and claims from our customers are handled in an accurate way
• Assist in the campaign setup and detailed configurations in the backend systems.
• Constantly improve our customers' experience resulting in as few interactions as possible with our customers

Campaign Validation Policies & Processes

• Ensure the campaign validators (agents from a third party) are accurately trained and have all policies at hand to efficiently process a campaign.
• Set workflows up and supervise their implementation.
• Collaborate with the contact operation centre team to ensure that the activities are accurately forecasted and resourced and that they are processed in a timely manner.

Customer concern management

• Be the first point of contact for any critical issue or complaints as a result of our campaign handling and provide a response.
• Establish a good and clear communication for the customers on the website to help drive the number of contacts down by defining what helps our customers to go through the campaign claim journey and identify tactical changes that are needed on the campaign website to improve the customer satisfaction.
