2. Coordinates and participates in both Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions. Prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment. Creates shipping documentation including bills of lading, shipping labels, and export paperwork. Leads communications within the Shipping/Receiving area.

3. Maintain inventory levels and organization of shipping paperwork through systems. -Performs a variety of duties to support the shipping department, warehouse and freight forwarder to assure on-time shipments.

4. Quality inspection management. -Preliminary quality confirmation and inspection of imported products, quality confirmation of domestically manufactured products

1. Experience with inventory management,Export-Shipping/Receivingbackground, export documents.

2. Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet target schedule..

3. Effective project management skills. Accurate operational work in line with deadlines

Your task within the team includes following (if not all):

• Participate offline/online events to promote Aniplex (Shanghai) Ltd. IPs
• Exploit and create networks with new customers (licensees)
• Effectively negotiate with the customers to acquire new licensing deals
• Project manage each new license deal opportunities
• Participate in various internal meetings, including with Japanese headquarter
• Collect royalty reports and invoice to the customers
• Report timely to supervisors. Conduct various interviewsinternally/externallyto prepare for required reports
• Execute ACG (Animation, Comic, and Games) market research under guidance from supervisors

• Bilingual (Japanese / ‘English’ preferable)
• Knowledge of industry conventions

• Effective comprehension about licensing business

• Effective project management skill
