• Learn and understand the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio for the respective solution areas and delivers according to service specifications

  • Work with partners, customers and internal SAP teams to enforce adoption of Rise with SAP methodology and associated tools like CALM, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP etc. to make the best usage of the investment of end customers
  • Be responsible for driving the clean core on BTP, innovation adoption and business transformation at scale for customer
  • Maintain internal project financial and non-financial system
  • Adhere to Procurement, HR policies and to commercial processes such as change requests and invoicing

In this role, you will join theteam: We own, build, and harden, the internal SAP Sovereign Cloud environments used as reference by the regional Operations teams. You will build the automation deployment that will deliver SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) applications to SAP Sovereign Cloud customers aiming at functional completeness, streamlined deployments, and smooth operation.
