What You Will Do

As the Senior Solution Sales Executive BTP, your primary objective will be to achieve your overall revenue goals by creating a robust territory business plan generating at least 5x your quota in pipeline opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

• Revenue Generation: Identify and qualify opportunities while developing and executing strategies to drive sales success.
• Territory Development: Create an opportunity plan that effectively communicates the value proposition of SAP’s targeted line of business solutions to potential customers and prospects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to implement programs that enhance pipeline growth and facilitate deal closure.
• Account Planning: Collaborate with the Value Added Team (VAT) to educate target accounts on BTP solutions and strategize for key accounts.
• Sales Cycle Management: Uncover and manage sales cycle opportunities to maximize engagement with prospects.
• Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to establish, develop, and expand market share and drive revenue within assigned accounts.
• Sales Best Practices: Develop and implement sales best practices to ensure repeatable success across named accounts.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in business software and/or IT solutions, with at least 5 years specializing in database management solutions, data integration, AI solutions, and application development (low-code/no-code technologies and middleware).
• Executive Engagement: Proven experience selling to CXOs with a strong track record of managing large accounts and facilitating technology discussions.
• Achievement Orientation: Demonstrated success in meeting targets and driving new business opportunities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant sales certifications such as Challenger Training, SPIN Selling, Sandler Training, and technology-specific certifications are beneficial.

1. Ensuring Day to Day quality service delivery and defining, tracking, and achieving various ambitious service KPI and SLA’s.
2. Technically skilled in Database Technologies like HANA/ASE/MSSQL – with expert level knowledge in any one of the databases.
3. Participate in Major incident handling, troubleshoot service request failures, downtime extensions, long running ongoing incidents for a customer.
4. Quick responses during escalations, take proactive steps to avoid escalations, identifying and driving initiatives to improve the operation and stability for our customer system.
5. Root Cause analysis for Service requests failures/outages, performance issues – continuous improvement methodologies
6. Analyse root-causes of the failures (if known) in achieving the KPIS and define a corrective action plan, with well-defined mitigation steps.
7. Coordinate and orchestrate the work between the various teams with Strong collaboration with other units within and outside Enterprise Cloud Service units.
8. Bring in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, to address customer pain points and enhancements in the Service Delivery
9. Process improvement initiatives for daily operational activities
10. Streamline standard operating procedures by focussing on automation enhancements.
11. Proactive Operation services for the customer and service on-demand with timely alert reduction program to all the stakeholders involving the customer.

⦁ 8+ years of related professional experience
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies Management.
⦁ Cloud knowledge (e.g., experience of working in Public Cloud Domains like Microsoft Azure, AWS and GCP)
⦁ Professional Certification of Database Platforms with exposure to Project Management tasks including PMP and ITIL certification.
⦁ Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent and proactive way.
⦁ Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
⦁ Very good communication and networking skills

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Educational Background:Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Information Technology
• Strong experience managing Linux servers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Cloud Technology experience in one of the hyperscaler AWS or Azure
• Open, friendly, and creative personality with a strong sense of responsibility and professional "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, deliver quality work under time constraints, and thrive in complex environments with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP’s core technologies, including ABAP, NetWeaver, and HANA.
• Knowledge of server/database and application layer architecture
• Automation experience in DevOps environment, preferably Ansible
• Understanding of operational practices like agile/scrum, CI/CD, and ITIL.
