  • Domain Expertise & Field Support:Engage in strategic customer discussions and 1:1 engagements; provide domain expertise for regional events and campaigns.
  • Recovery Planning & Risk Mitigation:Collaborate with CSMs on recovery plans for accounts off-track in consumption or value realization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as the regional point of contact for AppDev & AI domain topics, collaborating with Sales, GTM, CSM, and Product teams.

Technical Expertise:
