Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Domain Expertise & Field Support:Engage in strategic customer discussions and 1:1 engagements; provide domain expertise for regional events and campaigns.
  • Recovery Planning & Risk Mitigation:Collaborate with CSMs on recovery plans for accounts off-track in consumption or value realization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as the regional point of contact for AppDev & AI domain topics, collaborating with Sales, GTM, CSM, and Product teams.
  • Consumption Opportunity Lifecycle:Oversee the lifecycle from intake to validation, Consumed ACV forecasting, and post-engagement impact
  • Campaign Oversight:Own and support domain-aligned campaigns and programs with regional and global marketing.

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or AI-enabled development
  • A track record of shaping the domain agenda through visionary thinking, with a proven ability to influence through insights, frameworks, and active engagement with leadership.
Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Cloud-native application development
