Supports Global S&T programs

· Contributes to EMEA planning and roll out processes in collaboration with global teams, EMEA GTM, EMEA S&O leader including:

o Multiyear business planning processes, and the associated workforce transformation

Supports Regional S&T programs

What you'll build

We are looking for a dynamic and accountable person to join our Benefits Center of Expertise (CoE) team, focused on the EMEA region. In this role, you will support the Benefits Vendor Operations activities for the region, driving operational excellence, process optimization, and consistent efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing vendor onboarding, managing contracts and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining seamless coordination with Finance, People & Culture and other stakeholders.

Core responsibilities include:

• Vendor Onboarding: Coordination and review of all required documentation.
• Billing: Reviewing and approving invoices, managing discrepancies, and resolving billing disputes.
• Financial Operations: Creation of purchase orders (POs) and securing spend council approvals.
• Collaboration: Work closely in partnership across departments within P&C and Finance to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
• Budget: Monitor spend by country and vendor, maintain budget control, and provide accurate financial inputsWhat you brin

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field

In this role, you will be:

• Knowledge in MS Office and SAP products preferred

• General knowledge of the SOX Act, COSO and / or COBIT models a plus

• General knowledge of the ESG Act a plus

• Bilingual preferred - fluent in written and spoken English required; Local language skills required.

• University Degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Audit, IT/Computer Science or Law)
