What you’ll do
Expected start date: September 2025, 6 months duration with possibility of extension to 12 months
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following activities:
· Create visually engaging media assets and eye-catching content for different audiences across the CS Customer Advisory organization.
· Leverage SAP standard branding to create templates and content outlines to streamline content development.
· Produce short, animated videos from developing the storyline through production and editing to publishing.
· Offer ongoing project support such as scheduling, presentation prep and updating SharePoint.
· Ensure uncompromising quality in all internal and external assets.

Education: Bachelor’s or Masters degree
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a related program that is aligned to the scope of the internship
· Visual storytelling and storyboard skills and ability to transform complex concepts into simple, compelling media assets.
· Comfortable with video, image, and audio editing tools and/or willing to learn new tool such as Camtasia and/or SharePoint.
· Obsessed with great design and not afraid of trying something new while aligning to SAP brand.
· Exceptional detail-orientation and an eye for layout and design
· Ability to produce results independently as well as collaboratively with comfort managing multiple on-going projects and short deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
· Strong execution capabilities with a can-do attitude: personal conviction and energy

As a UX Foundation Expert Developer, you’ll define the future of enterprise UX by leading SAP’s global UX innovation from Ho Chi Minh City. Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture and Platform Leadership:
Define UX platform strategy affecting SAP’s global business and architect systems serving millions of users across 190+ countries. You’ll collaborate with colleagues around the world to establish technical standards adopted across SAP’s organization, design cloud-native systems handling billions of interactions daily, and create multi-tenant platforms serving diverse global markets. Your strategic decisions will directly impact customer success and satisfaction on a global scale.
Innovation and Technology Leadership:
Pioneer next-generation technologies including AI-first user interfaces, design integration strategies with major technology partners, and lead SAP’s UX research and development initiatives. You’ll drive breakthrough technologies that define the next decade of enterprise UX, establish innovation partnerships with leading universities and research institutions, and create intellectual property portfolio through patents and technical publications.
