The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering software modules. In addition to handling the full development cycle, the individual will also develop and implement new solutions and provide ongoing support for existing solutions.
The requirement is for a Backend Developer proficient in Java/Node.js, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Kafka, authentication methods, and observability. This position is for the TLV foundation services Team within the BDC organization.
What You’ll Do

• Problem-Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Quickly learn and adapt to new challenges, working independently.
• Product Knowledge: Develop deep product knowledge at both functional and technical levels to design, develop, and maintain ongoing development requests.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Specialists to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code meets quality and performance standards.
• Feature Implementation: Implement new features and enhancements, writing clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and continuously improve development processes and practices within the team.
• Technical Analysis: Perform in-depth code-level technical and functional analysis and debugging of complex issues reported by customers to formulate appropriate solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  

What You Bring

• Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Backend development.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, authentication methods, and observability.

Skills:

• Experience with service-oriented application development architecture.
• Hands-on experience in developing microservices.
• Experience with Spark and large-scale data architectures.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing software revenue in the assigned named accounts.

· Drive proactive outbound campaign activity into Net New / Install Based contacts

· Adopt and deploy the latest marketing tools, tailor made for the digital age Employ creative Digital and social selling skills

· Build relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts

· Form strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, application descriptions, forecast reports, and action items Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the entire SAP Intelligent Spend Management product line.

· Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors.

· Interact with the current sales organization and all other SAP FSM Colleagues in pursuit of overall customer satisfaction.

· Assume full responsibility of quota attainment as agreed to

· Participation and involvement in applicable industry conferences both internal and external

· Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information

· All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

· Minimum of five successful years of proven experience in selling Enterprise Software ideally with Procurement, Finance, GRC and Order to Cash SaaS solutions in customer facing roles.

· Experience with Demand Generation utilizing the latest digital and social selling capabilities

· Proficiency with large volume territories requiring prioritization and a multi-faceted approach leveraging and managing the efforts of internal resources and an extended partner ecosystem

· Past software sales experience in the following areas including Procurement, Sourcing/Contracts, Finance/AP, Services Procurement or ERP

· Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· The Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-Level executives

· Highly professional written and oral communication skills required

· Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment
