The PCLS Associate Consultant focuses on building up on their local HR policy, employment legislation, regional and process knowledge to work more independently in their role. They utilize their unique country knowledge, local HR Policy, employment legislation, regional and process knowledge, and is responsible for delivering PCLS portfolio items either onsite or remotely acting as local subject matter experts.

Employee Lifecycle Support

> Evaluates and validates local HR policy and legislative compliance for contractual changes, absence management, benefits operations and end of employment.

What you'll do

As part of the S/4HANA Customer Safeguarding Team, you will support customers in an easy end-to-end implementation experience of S/4HANA Cloud applications deployed via Central Business Configuration (CBC). Your role will focus on development support of customer incidents, preventing escalations related to S/4HANA SAP Best Practices Content. You will support the cloud lifecycle along upgrades and updates of customer systems, including root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents.
