What You’ll Do

As a Solution Advisor within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible to:

• Successfully complete a 10-month program that strengthens a foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.

• Participate in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues from all over the world and acquire a wide variety of business, industry and SAP solution skills while working with emerging and cutting-edge technologies.

• Receive on-the-job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor colleague while working with our customers to gain real world experience and acquire the skills necessary to help guide our customers through their Digital Transformation journey.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/ solutions, and customer-facing skills.

We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will likely involve participants spending four (4) weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities. *Please note the in-person component is still in the planning phase, and the final decision will be confirmed by the first quarter of 2026. We will ensure that this information is communicated promptly, and that sufficient time is provided for necessary preparations.

During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program.

What you’ll do

• Work with the team to create innovative features and implement defined functionality for the new SAP AI Powered enterprise mobile solutions – combined with Joule and Business AI across different platforms
• Innovate AI Powered development capabilities, e.g. Agentic app creation and continuous enhancements, for mobile application development
• Develop features for powerful enterprise-grade native mobile app with SAP Fiori, the new user experience (UX) for SAP software that applies modern design principles, and SAP Joule AI capabilities.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 0–3 years of experience in software development, preferably in mobile technology, mobile applications and cloud app development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin/Java and Swift programming. Python skills are at advantage
• Knowledge and preferably some experience in using AI development tools, e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor.

The key role is to act as SAP BTP Extensions and Integration Solution Adoption and Consumption Advisorto guide our customers and Field colleagues with relevant knowledge and engage to bring the best outcomes from their cloud footprint via the Business Technology Platform. Focused on Adoption and Consumption, the Customer Adoption Specialist Advisor will specialize in SAP BTP Extensions and Integration, helping a customer to understand what is needed to adapt to a business technology platform or enhance their usage of existing solutions through knowledge transfer, change management expertise, and functional business process guidance. The core deliverables are to:

• Engage with our customers and Front Office roles to deliver the value of SAP Customer Success with prescriptive guidance on BTP Extensions and Integration solution architecture and adoption topics focused around improving their core processes and business outcome through BTP use case assessment, solution advisory, custom built BTP solution demonstration
• Tailor content that will allow the A&C Center to scale and multiply consumption and extension best practices to deliver business value through our communities and Front Office engagements.
• Innovate with our Services and Front Office colleagues to drive the evolution of and architect new innovations for the SAP Customer Success tooling, offerings, and playbooks, including ways to expand platform usage and drive industry cloud adoption.
• Empower to help educate customers on how to be successful within and across LoB buying centres.
• Develop characteristic-based gold standards for increasing activation, consumption and expansion of SAP BTP Integration Solutions and Scale it across various customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an SME for usage and value realization of the SAP BTP Extensions and Integration by providing functional expertise on how to best integrate, extend and deliver on desired business value.
• Collaborate with the different stakeholders, including but not limited to Product Management, engineering, Customer Success Managers and Account Teams etc.

Requirements:

• University undergraduate degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, or comparable educational background.
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience with cloud-based applications and overall experience of more than 2 years; on architecture and advisory of BTP.

• Improve and extend our Python-based integration-test framework VIT for data flow executions
• Run the data flow scenario tests on Kubernetes and make them fast and reliable. The developers need a stable test framework
