What you'll do:

The Solution Sales Executive (f/m/d) (SSE) for SuccessFactors partners with the end-to-end account owner to drive HCM specific sales motions, bring in domain expertise to solve customer business challenges, and grow the customer’s SAP footprint through renewal and expansion to support long term customer success.

  • Generate demand, manage pipeline, and close opportunities
  • Develop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositions
  • Conduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Work with wider account team on sales campaigns
  • Manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level
  • Progress opportunities for move to cloud/expand footprint accounts or accounts which are new to the solution area
  • Utilize deep knowledge of how companies operate their HR, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processes
  • Stay informed about SAP’s competition and value drivers
  • Leverage SAP’s comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs
  • Build customer participation in relevant SAP communities, programs, and events
  • Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem

What you bring:

  • Proven track record in business application software sales with overachievement of quota
  • Several years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions
  • Deep understanding of the HR solution market and HR business in general
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and challenging sales pursuits in the HR software business.
  • You can successfully work in a larger virtual account team and lead this team with a vision and without authority
  • Proven contractual and negotiation skills
  • Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
  • Full working proficiency in German and Business English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

, you will be responsible for analyzing customers’ requirements related to cloud solutionRun & Manageas well asImprove & Enhancephases, and for designing tailored managed service solutions to meet those needs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account and Industry/Services sales teams in deal qualification, solution design, and deal closure activities
  • Lead service assessment and scoping workshops with customers, both onsite and remotely
  • Contribute to strategic and complex deals
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders such as Global Commercial & Finance, Supplier Management, Sales, Account Teams, Delivery Execution, and Partners
  • Develop service delivery models and deal-specific pricings aligned with customer requirements
  • Contribute to the creation of Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM), binding offers, and compelling value propositions
  • Assist with and deliver customer presentations
  • Align with Delivery Units to ensure feasibility and readiness of delivery capabilities
  • Participate in customer contract creation, validation, and review processes
  • Support complex RFP responses and contracting activities

Required skills

  • Masters degree or equivalent
  • Must be fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written)
  • Spanish language is a plus
  • ITIL certification
  • PMP or similar is a plus
  • Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Previous knowledge on the Managed Services business is a plus.
  • Experience in the preparation of proposals and RFP responses
  • Skills in one or several SAP products & cloud solutions
  • Willingness to travel
  • Creative & solution-oriented person that thinks out of the box
  • Good Listening skills and attention to details
  • A team-player with a collaborative style to work with multiple groups & stakeholders

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Solid working experience in the SAP domain or similar cloud vendor

THE PROGRAM The Global Finance & Administration (GFA) board area comprises all departments under the responsibility of the CFO, such as accounting, controlling, procurement, tax, or treasury. Our Rotational Trainee Program in Finance is a 20-month program with international virtual rotations, designed for high-performing graduates or young professionals with a comprehensive understanding of finance topics. As a participant in the rotational program, you will go through four virtual rotations in different GFA areas, such as:

Commercial Organizationthat works directly with the Sales Organization and our customers;

Corporate Functions, including all finance functions on a group and local level e.g. accounting, tax, procurement, etc.;


COO Organizationthat works on finance related projects to build the digital finance organization of the future.

This position is for applicants starting and finishing the program in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
