

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Successfully negotiate tariff rates, power purchase agreements and/or energy infrastructure contracts in regulated and open markets for electric and natural gas utilities.
Develop automated tools to track and manage utility expense, PPA performance, and other utility related KPI.
Manage procurement of Power, Natural Gas, and RECs to support the needs of the US Based Semiconductor operations.
Review energy projects, technical designs and contracts with utilities and contractors.
Interact with Samsung Austin Semiconductors parent companies and affiliates to assure alignment with global energy strategies and commitments.
Analyze and interpret energy generation data including virtual PPAs, green tariffs, and wholesale energy market data.
Build and manage compliance programs for energy portfolios.
Develop relationships with key industry stakeholders such as utilities, renewable project developers, the EPA, and regional power planning agencies.
Represent SAS to key stakeholders, external and internal, to communicate SAS’s policies and stance on sustainability topics, serving as point of contact and knowledge center.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to Samsung:
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in EnergyManagement/Engineering/Business/Technology/InformationSystems or similar field.
7+ years of experience in energy/electric utilities – compliance, regulatory, asset/contract management, operations.
3+ years of experience with renewable energy power purchase agreements and utility scale renewable project development required.
3+ years of experience in program or project management role successfully managing transactions - supplier management, contract management, or managing commercial relationships with vendors or customers preferred.

Role and Responsibilities
Manage projects related to incoming technology transfer, new product introductions, yield improvement, stop loss reduction, cycle time reductions and other KPI improvements.
Design, execute, and analyze experiments.
Uses software to analyze data including statistical analysis; Consults with leadership team on experimental results in order to make decisions about large-scale changes.
Responsible for critical or complex steps or layers in the wafer fabrication process.
Trouble shooting issues affecting Yield, defect, electrical performance of products
Develops Change Point Management Plans.
Communicates technical information with presentation.
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum # Years Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field is required.
Master's or Ph.D. is preferred.
Basic understanding of some unit processes including thin films deposition, lithography, etch, diffusion, wet process, Cu plating, and CMP.
Basic understanding of the interactions between process and yield.
Electrical Engineering, Materials Sciences, and Physics expertise within semiconductor field is required.
Must have basic understanding of Semiconductor process flow in assigned areas.
Experience in Yield or Process Integration in semiconductor manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Experience with Foundry Customer communication is strongly preferred.
Experience with development is strongly preferred.
Experience with DDI Process Integration is preferred.

Role and Responsibilities
As a GPU HW Program Manager, you will contribute the successful delivery of full line of GPU solutions designed by SARC/ACL. You will join our Samsung Graphics Hardware Program Management team to develop project plans supporting hardware IP development programs, including post-silicon and commercialization programs for Mobile market.
To succeed in this role, you ideally have an understanding of hardware engineering lifecycle and knowledge in GPU, CPU, or DSP product development.
