The main tasks you are expected to perform include, but are not limited to:
Serve as primary contact between the Samsung Partner program and partners (including MSPs, VARs and carriers), and make sure all benefits are successfully delivered.
Deliver events and workshops to recruit, educate and grow the Samsung partner program jointly with the local sales teams.
Demonstrate Knox solutions & Samsung services to large audiences through demos and webinars.
Develop technical training content (for example KBAs, blogs, and product demonstration videos) to level-up partner’s Samsung solution expertise.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues that arise from partners
Develop strong relationships with Samsung internal stakeholders and key account teams across Samsung business subsidiaries.
Engage directly with key MSP partners through meetings and calls, supporting device and solution adoption strategies and identifying business expansion opportunities
Work directly with MSP partners to understand their business and drive them to build new managed services and device as a service offering utilizing Samsung devices, solutions and services.
Work alongside local account teams in UK and Europe to develop strong relationships with key partners at all levels (technical and business), identifying key decision makers and influencers to create action plans in order to drive success initiatives. (European travel required)
Engage with key partners and keep track of solution adoption and drive new managed services and DaaS offerings.
Analyze key partners and provide valuable insight to Samsung based on the data and information obtained from partner interactions (in the form of research documentation, whitepapers), in order to drive continual improvement and development of Samsung Knox Partner Program for MSPs
Contribute to the ongoing development of our MSP and Channel programs, using your experience, insight and knowledge to make meaningful contributions to building business strategy and commercial growth
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in launching/supporting managed mobility service for large enterprise and SMB markets gained from managed service providers (MSP) background.
Hands-on experiences in supporting Android Enterprise management or similar mobility management platforms in technical levels.

Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering

Work with the FP&A team to prepare valuable reporting and analysis to support management and identify significant trends/issues, e.g. monitoring performance versus plan, customer/product profitability etc.

Financial management and control
Ensure strong control and governance in the financial activities undertaken by the Divisions.
Provide guidance on the accounting for more complex customer deals, obtaining technical advice from other areas of Finance where necessary and ensuring that transactions can be supported within agreed accounting standards.

Your key responsibilities
Lead stock planning (monthly/quarterly) for all DTC DA products and produce stock planning report (3-6months advanced planning), by reflecting historic sales performance/marketseasonality/competitorsituation (e.g. other DA brands or retailers) and secure our planned stock quantity, allowing DA commercial managers to trade, by working closely DA Division Account Manager/demand planner.
Take end to end ownership of forecasting, stock management and support communication with Division.
Collaborate with DTC DA Commercial Manager to deliver monthly commercial plan and build back plans which includes sharing stock gaps and opportunities. Suggest counter measures and corrective actions to close the revenue gap.
Responsible for maintaining weekly rolling forecast and securing surplus stock support.
Take a full responsibility of managing aging stock weekly/monthly and provide aging report with DA commercial team to develop aging clearance/mitigation plan to ensure DA DTC to meet company’s KPI (WOS target).
Product & Market Intelligence
Support DTC DA Commerce Team with detailed product understanding and sales trends, to feed into ranging, pricing and promotional planning decisions.
Market-sensing: Price/promotion of retailers of products that DTC DA team range, to ensure DTC can offer competitive price/commercial proposition
Highlight current product and category headroom opportunities and headwinds, to feed into commercial planning for future sales optimisation.
DTC Performance & Benchmarking
Monitor and analyze current DA DTC performance at a Divisional, Category and Product level.
Understand current ecommerce customer journeys for key products, and highlight areas for improvement to increase future conversion.
Set DA DTC sales and trends within wider online market context, providing insight into current share of market and growth, and highlighting areas for focus and improvement, to include:
DTC metrics: DTC Ecommerce in-house share of business, segment market sizing etc
Product: Analyse and benchmark retailers and other DA brands to inform how we deliver market competitiveness and differentiation.
Consumer: Analyse and developacquisition/switchingopportunities through Purchasing life cycle, cross-category ownership, retention tactic.
Customer journey insight: search volume, PDP traffic, conversion, drop-off points
Pricing/promotion vs performance: ensure our proposition and competitive pricing policy is well performed at all time.

Promotional Effectiveness
Track and provide introspection of campaign/promotion performance, including impact and learning for the future activities
Support DTC DA Commercial Manager to map out test and learn plan to improve and enhance understanding of impact of different promotional mechanics on product sell-out, to improve effectiveness of future activity.
Growth Opportunities & DTC Innovation
Identify and elaborate future market trends within the wider ecommerce landscape, and provide suggestions for how they could be capitalized on by the DA DTC Commerce Team.
Work alongside Head of CE Commerce and DA Commercial Manager to identify new growth opportunities, and areas for DTC Innovation, and provide commercial justification as required.
