Key Job Responsibilities

1. Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market.
2. Build a foundation for continued revenue and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and linking them to sales.

3. [Sales target setting] Manage the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business organization and encourage employee morale.

4. [Sales strategy setting] Implement the optimal release plan and sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target using market, product, and competitor data analysis.

5. [New sales opportunity identification] Drive the identification of new sales opportunities and building of the foundation for continued growth in revenue and profit.

6. [Sales organization design] Review sales organizations and workforce that will bring about the optimal synergy effect and manage them.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Communications, Trade Studies, Mechanical Engineering, Economics
• Academic Background: 8-9 years of experience
• Specific knowledge / skills:
  -Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  -Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks.
  -May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing.

Key Job Responsabilities

• Achieve the reliability from internal and external information user by confirming a credible financial statement.
• Understand the accounting standards and execute closing procedures based on the standards.
• Contribute to expanding the product's market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan.
• Responsible for consolidating and reporting key information, not only financial but also from areas such as HR, Legal, Sales, and Marketing, acting as communication bridge between the subsidiary, SELA, HQ, and LAO to ensure timely analysis, follow up, and dissemination of guidelines and surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields.
• Korean national with native Korean (spoken and written).
• Advanced English Proficiency
• Spanish is a Plus
• Based in Panama.
