This CSM Director position will be aligned to the

Uses multi-cloud expertise to effectively orchestrate Signature experience across the most strategic, sophisticated customers
May act as lead CSM orchestrating CSMs for multi-org, multi-cloud customers (including Global Customers with CSMs in multiple geos)
Aligns with and leads Business and Technical stakeholders, Account Success team, and internal partners around customer goals ensuring value is delivered through Signature
Single point of customer accountability building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships
Drives Customer Success Score metrics for customers; handles Escalations and Red Accounts
Minimum Requirements
Experienced professional with 9+ years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, and/or Solutions Architecture
Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and standard methodologies and a good understanding of enterprise architecture principles
Strong consultative skills, deep curiosity, and proven results working as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value for customers
Executive-level interpersonal skills, ability to drive effective conversations at the C-Level, and presentation skills with a consistent track record of influence at an executive level
Ability to facilitate difficult discussions and be adept at handling objections
Preferred Requirements
Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Health Clouds and/or a competing Core or HLS Industry technology.
Salesforce product certifications are a plus (Agentforce Specialist, Administrator, , Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
Knowledge of Salesforce products and features, capabilities, best use, and how to deploy.

Job Duties: Responsible for finance & procurement enterprise technology implementations focusing on Accounts Payables (AP), global AP taxes, Accruals, Invoice Processing, and Payments. Work with a range of platforms including - Coupa, Workday Financials, Vertex, Oracle EBS, and OneSource Tax Determination, including workflows, integrations and AI features & capabilities. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of existing tax systems and processes. Establish a detailed roadmap for automating tax determination and calculation processes. Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap and architecture, informed by real-time feedback and evolving tax regulations. Automate the tax determination process for Accounts Payable (AP) invoices.

Primary Responsibilities
* Engage customers and stakeholders to resolve business capabilities and product features needed to deliver business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic goals and provide recommendations based on your industry and product experience.
* Lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts to deliver high-fidelity and delightful epics, user stories, roadmaps, burn-down, change management, and other success activities to ensure a successful Go-Live.
* Collaborate on M&A and Q2C data frameworks promoting agile, iterative practice to migrate complex acquisitions and cross-entity collaboration.
* Define gaps in our current policies and processes. Look for ways to simplify current and future processes with an eye toward automation.* Use data analysis to resolve strategy to advance operations for customers in all segments and provide analysis on how to move the segments across capabilities and technology paths to reach business outcomes.
* Support data deliverables for decision support and operational processes and system and process implementations for Salesforce Core systems integration strategies; this includes project management responsibilities* Create data visualizations & reports that help teams with planning and project execution; Provide timely and accurate reporting to various teams on various topics.
* Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, milestones, etc. (cross-functional - Product Management, Scrum Masters, Engineering, Platform Engineering, TechOps, Release Engineering, Capacity, Functional Managers, Release Management, etc.).
* Participate in program reviews (deep dive into the current state of project goals, risks, escalations) in whatever forum required; anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency that prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.
Minimum Requirements
* 6-8 years of professional experience in quote-to-cash, monetization models, order management, or relative enterprise software/product management or engineering experience at an enterprise technology company
* 5+ years of Product Management experience with a demonstrated history of efficiently implementing and running SaaS product development programs; solid understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle
* 2+ years of order management experience in Product, Engineering, or Operations role
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
* Exceptional data analysis skills, including attention to detail and ability to combine various data points to achieve a common goal (people knowledge, data warehouse, Excel files, external tools, other internal data)
* Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies
* Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, working teams, and technical and non-technical team members alike
* Outstanding organizational, communication, andrelationship-buildingskills conducive to driving consensus; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
* Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
