What You Will Do

• Design and lead cross-functional team meetings between support, finance, sales, resource management and other stakeholders

• Maintain and grow your knowledge of Red Hat’s Professional Services and practices

What You Will Bring

• Knowledge of specific industry program management, project management and technical delivery methodologies like those based on the Project Management Institute (PMI), system and software development, product development, or Agile frameworks such as scrum to include qualifications related to use of
open practices and transformative DevOps experience

• Proven experience working as a project and program manager, leading customer-facing IT consulting projects and change initiatives

• Ability to affect, inspect, and adapt company culture

• Demonstrated ability to motivate the project team and individual contributors and mediate conflicts

• Experience using various project management and agile tools, frameworks, and methodologies

• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Frequent travel will be required to work alongside customers

The salary range for this position is $94,550.00 - $151,170.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

What You Will Do

• Cover a territory consisting of large enterprise and commercial accounts

• Sell Red Hat's services and solutions using the business requirements of your customers to create unique technical offerings

• Grow your territory and pipeline through the development of internal business partnerships with the field sales team and alliance and partner programs

• Accurately and consistently provide revenue and booking forecasts for your territory; know your book of business day to day and be able to communicate that book of business both with account sales teams and services teams

• Manage booking goals across all practices; meet revenue and margin use targets

• Ensure successful delivery of all projects in partnership with the delivery team towards ongoing sales opportunities

Within 12 months, you will be expected to do the following:

• Sell and manage complex, multi-product solutions across core IT and lines of businesses

• Grow your revenue base on a quarterly basis to meet targets

• Manage escalations without supervision

The salary range for this position is $216,990.00 - $358,000.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

•A baseline understanding of how to build technical solutions, integrated with existing enterprise systems, with technical guidance

Within 3 months, be ready to deliver a project by attaining the following:

Within 6 months, begin to demonstrate technical leadership by accomplishing the following:

• Collaborate with peers and the Istio community on the design and development of features, enhancements, and bug fixes within Istio

• Develop examples demonstrating features of Istio within Red Hat OpenShift
