Your role:

• Ensure that product nonconformances are managed per site work instructions. Responsible for the follow-up, approval and disposition of the NCP (Nonconformance Product), including managing the process on the Philips nonconformance quality system tool.
• Support the site Operation Manager during the evaluation and approvals of product Device History Record (DHR). Supervision for Site Level Quality Assurance Team.
• Monitor site warehouse environmental conditions to ensure products comply with the storage specifications.
• As a CAPA owner – responsible for implementation of effective Corrective and Preventive Actions.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or equivalent experience in the medical device industry.
• 3+ years of distribution experience.
• Proven experience in Leadership, Change Management.
• Working knowledge of appropriate global regulations, requirements, and standards as ISO13485, FDA 20CFR820.
• Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

The pay range for this position in Phoenix, AZ is $60,000 – 105,000, Annually.
