Information Security Lead

As a Senior Information Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a strategic, comprehensive IT security program while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigating risks to the organization's information assets. Information Security Manager will provide the vision and leadership necessary to manage the risk to the platform assigned and will ensure business alignment, effective governance, system and infrastructure availability, integrity and confidentiality.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology and or commensurate experience in delivering security solutions.
• Overall Enterprise IT Security experience of 15+ yrs or more.
• Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP etc. are preferred.
• Should have a senior level in the domain of Security & operations management
• Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity (demonstrated by an unblemished career history, lack of criminal convictions etc.), willing to undergo vetting and/or personality assessments to verify this if necessary
• Typically a background in technical security roles or operations, with a clear and abiding interest in security

The Logistics and Transportation Specialist is responsible for supporting daily inbound and outbound activities of the distribution center, prioritizing tasks and resolving exceptions such as overdue Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) checks, over and under-deliveries, and inbound complaints, working under general supervision.

Your role:

• Controls that execution of processes is done with focus on highest quality and patient safety, in full compliance with processes defined and with quality, regulatory, sustainability, legal and trade compliance obligations.
• Ensures the quality assurance of master data and transactional data throughout the entirety of his/her operational activities, maintaining a stringent adherence to established protocols and standards to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all created and updated records.
• Supports daily inbound activities of the distribution center, including prioritizing tasks and resolving exceptions such as overdue Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) checks, over- and under-deliveries, and inbound complaints.
• Ensures alignment between stock in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) systems, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and safeguarding against potential disruptions to inventory management processes.
• Contributes to the implementation of new control systems and the improvement of planning procedures and methods as part of working groups, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• You’ve acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management OR Vocational Education in Warehousing and Logistics or equivalent.
• No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics, Operations, Physical Distribution or equivalent.

The pay range for this position in PA is $63,000 to $100,800 annually.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
